Job Summary:

• Knowing the various tools, services, and products accessible throughout the store, as well as in your designated area, will enable you to cater to guest needs and enhance their overall satisfaction

Their expertise make them well placed to help shoppers optimize their time in-store
• Be well-versed in all fulfillment services, and be able to advise the client on how to join, initiate, and make the most of them
• Strive to undertake all return attempts and follow the appropriate instructions displayed on the register. Be confident enough to make any necessary corrections to satisfy the customer while still adhering to Target's regulations
• With the ability to de-escalate negative situations and recover the guest’s shopping experience, Target policies and procedures should always be followed to ensure a positive outcome
• Ensure that the guests picking up orders or attending registries have a seamless experience with your service
• Keep a basket or storage container nearby to collect any items that need to be put away later
• Make sure that you are able to both stock supplies efficiently and be available for customer inquiries during store operating hours
• Instilling a culture that values ethics, safety, and compliance is the responsibility of the leadership team, and it sets the tone for how things get done within the organization

About Target:

As a part of the Global Logistics, Inventory Allocation, and Replenishment team, you will play a key role in facilitating the smooth movement of goods across the globe. In this role, you will be tasked with transitioning from sales operations and planning to regulatory compliance with U.S. Customs laws. You will work towards achieving optimal product availability through strategic inventory positioning while building and maintaining strong rapport with our vendors. Another critical part of your role will be to analyze transportation supplier capabilities and contracts for their efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
