Roles and Duties:

• Our paramount focus is Selling and Service, which is the foundation of our business. We ensure an impeccable consumer journey by providing guidance, rapport and comprehensive knowledge about our products.
• Focuses on the Team and its Culture to obtain, hone, and maintain significant personnel.
• Operational Excellence strives to create a workspace that is safe, structured, and streamlined, prioritizing efficiency at all times.
• Visual Merchandising is all about crafting compelling stories that highlight the intersection of style and athleticism.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of experience in the retail or consumer service industry is required
• 12 months of developing leadership abilities
• Manifested adeptness in recruiting, training, and leading high-performing teams that achieve outstanding results
• A genuine interest in building lasting relationships with consumers and motivating them to join Nike
• As technology becomes more integrated into our daily lives, digital literacy will continue to be a valuable and in-demand skill
• The business demands a workforce that is willing and able to work flexible schedules, covering shifts that span mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• The job requires the employee to be physically able to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for long durations either with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Aptitude to comprehend and communicate in English with ease
• A high school diploma or GED is the preferred qualification; however, having further education post-secondary will be viewed favorably
