• Perform RFID scans in specified areas and carry out system audits to validate inventory correctness
• Precisely handle replenishment needs and customer requests in the stockroom
• It is essential to keep the backroom aisles orderly and easy to navigate, which is accomplished through efficient backstock management and accurate tracking of items within your areas

• Providing guests with the products they need is essential. Utilize My Checkout and the Target App to offer substitutions when an item is not in-store, promoting customer loyalty and satisfaction

• Handle and transfer merchandise effectively and securely, including lifting or moving products weighing up to 15 pounds often, and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise and fittings that weigh up to 40 pounds
• A flexible work schedule requires that employees be available for work on weekends, holidays, and evenings and maintain regular attendance
