• You need to have in-depth knowledge of all the satisfaction services to be able to lead the client on how to enroll, activate, and utilize them
• Make sure to carry out all return attempts and comply with the directives indicated by the register. Take ownership of the situation and act accordingly to resolve the customer's concern while complying with all of Target's rules and regulations
• Ensure a positive guest shopping experience by de-escalating any negative situations and following Target’s established policies and procedures
• Make the service easy to use and hassle-free for guests availing Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry services
• Keep a basket or storage container nearby to collect any items that need to be put away later
• Keep the shelves stocked with necessary items while ensuring that you are available to assist customers during open hours

About Target:

As a part of the Global Logistics, Inventory Allocation, and Replenishment team, you will play a key role in facilitating the smooth movement of goods across the globe. In this role, you will be tasked with transitioning from sales operations and planning to regulatory compliance with U.S. Customs laws. You will work towards achieving optimal product availability through strategic inventory positioning while building and maintaining strong rapport with our vendors. Another critical part of your role will be to analyze transportation supplier capabilities and contracts for their efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
