• Take note of any verbal clues given by the guest, such as questions, comments, or requests. Use these cues to customize your approach and provide assistance accordingly
• Develop authentic relationships with your guests by actively engaging with them, inquiring about their needs, and demonstrating a genuine interest in their experiences
• Familiarizing yourself with the products and services available across the store, including your particular department, can equip you to resolve guest concerns competently and improve their experience

• Assistance with Using the Target App's Wallet and Additional Features: As part of Target's commitment to providing guest satisfaction, teams of experts offer assistance with navigating the Target app's various features, including Wallet. This aid ensures that guests optimize their shopping experience while utilizing Target's technological options
• Know all satisfaction services in detail and give direction to the customer on how to enroll, activate, and use them
• Make an effort to complete all return procedures and adhere to the register guidelines. Take charge of the situation and make necessary adjustments to satisfy the customer while adhering to Target's policies and protocols
• If a negative situation arises, work to recover the guest’s shopping experience while adhering to the policies and procedures at Target
• Provide an effortless and convenient service to guests picking up orders or registering for events
• Make sure to scan your work area regularly and gather any abandoned items to keep it looking clean and organized
• Ensure that the store remains fully stocked and that you are on hand to help guests during regular business hours
• Promoting ethical behavior, safe practices, and adherence to regulations are essential aspects that underpin an organization's success
