Roles and Duties:

• Comply with all safety measures and rules to ensure the safe operation of the workplace and safeguard the welfare of all employees.
• Acquire the necessary skills needed to work in a high-volume warehouse by attending safety training sessions.
• As part of the delivery process, package, load, and transport products to retail locations and customers.
• Maintain the accuracy of product processing to ensure successful delivery to our stores and customers.
• Execute warehouse activities securely and quickly while maintaining the flow of inventory.
• An uncluttered work area can help you stay focused and reduce stress levels while performing your duties.
• Show up timely to the workplace and execute job assignments with attention to detail and punctual delivery.
• Continuous improvement can be achieved through a commitment to ongoing problem solving. This involves regularly evaluating processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement
• Remains positive and polite when completing assignments alone or working alongside peers.

Requirements:

• Can lift and transport merchandise weighing 35-50 pounds on multiple occasions during a work shift.
• Can carry and lift products weighing up to 60 pounds on occasion during their work shift.
• Implement a variety of movements, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching, during work shifts.
• Cultivate an optimistic and courteous outlook while completing tasks alone or as part of a team.
• Adequately skilled in performing simple mathematics tasks, specifically, counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Proficient in reading and understanding product information on labels, tickets, and documentation.
• After receiving the necessary training, individuals can work effectively with computer systems and handheld devices without much assistance.
• A significant component of having strong communication skills is the ability to articulate effectively and accurately
• Effective communication and understanding of safety measures, guidelines, and training programs necessitate a competent level of English proficiency in reading, speaking, and listening.

Additional Requirements:

• Proficient in using powered equipment safely and following safety regulations, including but not limited to Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down & Standup Forklift, and capable of working at heights of up to 40ft, as necessary.
• Engage in work activities that entail being stationed on a mezzanine level, reaching a height of up to 40 ft, wherever relevant
• Skilled at handling tasks within temperature-controlled areas, such as refrigerators and freezers, for extended periods of time.
