• Understanding the range of products, tools, and services found throughout the entire store, especially within your department, can aid you in addressing guest problems effectively and improve their shopping experience

• Educating Guests about Target's App and its Functions, which Include Wallet: The Target app has various functions, and customers may find some of its features difficult to navigate. Target employees, however, are always happy to provide assistance with app functions, ultimately ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience for each guest
• Know all satisfaction services in detail and give direction to the customer on how to enroll, activate, and use them
• Make sure to execute every return process and comply with the register's instructions promptly. Take responsibility for resolving the issue satisfactorily for the customer while complying with all of Target's policies and procedures
• Following Target’s policies and procedures can help assistants recover the guest’s shopping experience and de-escalate negative situations
• Make the experience of Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests smooth and hassle-free with your exceptional service
• A clean and tidy work area not only boosts productivity, but also reflects positively on your professionalism and work ethic
• During store open hours, prioritize stocking supplies while also being available to answer questions and offer guidance to customers
• Maintaining a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance requires ongoing communication, training, and reinforcement of policies and procedures
