• Visual standards are crucial elements in creating an inviting shopping environment. They establish a consistent look and feel, providing customers with a sense of familiarity when shopping in your store. When executed well, visual standards can be very impactful. They can help customers easily find what they are looking for, and even encourage them to explore new products. The right visual standards can create an environment that feels professional, eye-catching, and exciting
• The dressing rooms are a fantastic opportunity for you to inspire and influence your customers, and to offer them personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the various tools, offerings, and amenities available within the store. This critical knowledge will allow you to respond to guest inquiries and improve their shopping experience
• Analyze the sales data to gauge the patterns and figure out the order of priority for daily tasks that fulfills both business objectives and the guests’ requirements effectively
• Enhance guest interest year-round by repackaging products regularly, staging fresh assortments, and keeping the branded space up to date with new sets
• Be an expert in your assigned zones and maintain a high level of proficiency in order to create a positive shopping environment for guests
• Ensure that precise signing and labeling are in place for designated product categories, whether the merchandise is on promotion or not, and have a comprehensive understanding of promotional offerings
• Provide updated forecasts for sales and planograms for designated product categories
• Fulfill the responsibility of updating category prices on a weekly schedule
• Execute Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) scans in specified areas and perform system reviews to ensure inventory accuracy
• Carry out replenishment activities flawlessly and cater to the requirements of the guests
• Efficient management of backstock and placement of individual inventory items is critical to maintaining a well-organized backroom aisle, providing easy navigation and facilitating efficient inventory tracking
• Accomplish work tasks while promoting guest engagement
• Meeting guest needs is imperative to retain customers. Utilize My Checkout and the Target App to offer substitutions for out-of-stock items while maintaining customer satisfaction
