• Targeting the Best Possible Service for Each Guest Utilizing Wallet and Other App Features: To provide each customer with the best possible service tailored to their needs, Target has employees who can assist shoppers in utilizing Wallet and other features of the application. This effort ensures that customers can use their app to the fullest, allowing them to get the most out of each shopping experience
• Be well-versed in all fulfillment services, and be able to advise the client on how to join, initiate, and make the most of them
• Try to carry out all return procedures and adhere to the instructions indicated on the register. Take ownership of the situation and make necessary adjustments to appease the customer while still complying with Target's policies and protocols
• By following Target’s policies and procedures and effectively de-escalating any negative situations, assistants can recover the guest’s shopping experience
• Provide a smooth and simple service to guests picking up orders or registering for events

About Target:

As a part of the Global Logistics, Inventory Allocation, and Replenishment team, you will play a key role in facilitating the smooth movement of goods across the globe. In this role, you will be tasked with transitioning from sales operations and planning to regulatory compliance with U.S. Customs laws. You will work towards achieving optimal product availability through strategic inventory positioning while building and maintaining strong rapport with our vendors.
