As a Dedicated Market Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal shelf presence for a variety of leading national brands, including but not limited to books and magazines, within designated store locations.

Responsibilities of the Dedicated Market Specialist:

• Execute merchandising strategies by resetting, stocking, and maintaining product displays, specifically focusing on books, magazines (including new releases, top sellers, and children's selections), and other assigned national brand items.
• Foster strong working relationships with store management and their team members to facilitate effective in-store execution.
• Accurately document service activities, including submitting reports and uploading visual documentation via a mobile application.

Requirements for the Dedicated Market Specialist:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possession of reliable personal transportation is essential.
• Must own and be proficient in using a smartphone or similar smart device.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of responsibility and professional conduct.
• Must have availability to work on Tuesdays and an additional 2-3 weekdays.
• Capable of regularly lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 60 pounds.
