Job Summary:

Stylish presentations that enable effortless self-discovery on the sales floor through a helpful attitude from Style Consultants in the fitting room are crucial. The sales floor must be fully stocked with appropriately priced and correctly sized items in A&A, Home, and Seasonal categories.

• Mastery of our GUEST service fundamentals and proven success in developing a guest-centric ethos that permeates through all aspects of the retail space
• Guest shopping patterns are unique to every business and understanding them is necessary to provide better services. This involves evaluating guests' shopping behavior and creating a personalized shopping experience
• A sound understanding of the latest industry trends, such as fashion styles, seasonal changes, and brand differentiation, is crucial for any fashion brand looking to maintain a competitive edge
• A good approach in filling the floor is to involve the guests. They can provide valuable insights into the products they desire the most, thus making it easier to tailor the floor's products to their preferences

Responsibilities:

• Whether you're welcoming visitors to your home or business, taking the time to greet each person individually and make them feel seen and heard can be a powerful way to build a positive connection right from the start
• Pay attention to the guest’s tone and demeanor, as well as their body language, to understand if they are seeking guidance or not
• Use the store's available resources wisely to establish a thorough understanding of critical metrics, sales targets, popular and less popular sections, inventory levels, top categories for loss prevention, customer insights, and peak operating hours
• Keep merchandise replenished and arranged neatly to make shopping hassle-free and enjoyable for customers. This creates an inviting shopping environment that makes customers want to shop more
• One of the most powerful ways to improve the shopping environment is through visual merchandising. Visual merchandising plays a significant role in creating attractive displays, guiding customers through the store, and highlighting products. By following visual merchandising guidelines, you can create stunning displays that showcase your brand in the most appealing light. Additionally, visual merchandising techniques can help to draw attention to specific areas of the store and encourage impulse purchases
• Take advantage of the fitting rooms to create an exceptional shopping experience for your clients, and to showcase your expertise in styling and fashion trends
• Learn about the unique features and benefits of the products and services within your department. This knowledge will enable you to highlight their advantages and help guests make more informed purchasing decisions
• Prioritize your daily tasks based on your understanding of the current sales trends, so that you can serve the guests more efficiently, ultimately leading to business success
• Continuously motivate guests by introducing new merchandise, making timely product assortment changes, and maintaining a cohesive brand identity through consistent visual merchandising
• Be an expert in your assigned zones and maintain a high level of proficiency in order to create a positive shopping environment for guests
• Guarantee that appropriate signage and labeling are in place for assigned categories, whether the items are being promoted or regularly stocked, and be well-versed in promotional products
• Introduce novel approaches to developing and implementing sales strategies and planograms
• Implement alterations to the prices of specified categories each week
• Conduct Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) scans in chosen parts and execute system audit functions to guarantee inventory accuracy
• Provide exact backroom fill requirements and customer needs fulfillment
• To maintain the functionality and organization of the backroom aisles, it is necessary to handle backstock carefully and accurately place individual inventory items as per company protocol
• Ensure guests feel welcomed and valued while completing essential tasks
• Guest satisfaction is the top priority. Using My Checkout and the Target App, provide options that are not available in-store to guarantee guest needs are met

Terms:

• Skillfully handle cash transactions using the cash register system in a fast-paced retail environment, providing a high level of customer satisfaction
• Move up and down by using climbing frames
• To ensure safe and efficient handling of merchandise, lift and move products up to 15 pounds frequently and products and fixtures up to 40 pounds occasionally
• The job necessitates employees to be present for work on holidays, weekends and nights, in addition to their regular attendance, as part of the flexible work schedule
