Job Summary:

Their mission is to make the shopping process as smooth as possible for guests at every touchpoint, including check lanes, guest services, gift registry, and drive-up or pick-up locations.

• Build authentic relationships with your guests by engaging them in conversation, asking about their needs, and showing a sincere interest in their experiences
• Knowing the various tools, services, and products accessible throughout the store, as well as in your designated area, will enable you to cater to guest needs and enhance their overall satisfaction

• It's crucial to be familiar with all the fulfillment services, and be able to assist the customer in enrolling, initiating, and taking advantage of them
• Make it a point to complete every return process and follow the appropriate instructions on the register. Take responsibility for resolving the matter to the satisfaction of the customer while also adhering to Target's guidelines and procedures
• De-escalation of negative situations and adherence to Target policies and procedures can help make a guest’s shopping experience more positive
• Deliver a seamless and effortless service to guests availing Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry options
• A clean and tidy work area not only boosts productivity, but also reflects positively on your professionalism and work ethic
• Efficiently maintain a high level of in-store inventory while also being on hand to meet customers’ needs during business hours

• The ability to attend work consistently and work a flexible schedule that includes holidays, weekends, and nights is required

You will be expected to switch effortlessly between sales operations and compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, keeping in mind the necessity of proper inventory positioning for optimal product availability.
