• Know all satisfaction services in detail and give direction to the customer on how to enroll, activate, and use them
• Ensure that you carry out all return transactions and comply with the directives provided by the register without delay. Take charge of the situation and make every effort to resolve the customer's concern while following Target's rules and regulations
• De-escalation of negative situations and adherence to Target policies and procedures can help make a guest’s shopping experience more positive
• Make the service easy to use and hassle-free for guests availing Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry services
• Make sure to scan your work area regularly and gather any abandoned items to keep it looking clean and organized
