• Observe guests without being intrusive to determine if they require help. Note if a guest is lingering at an exhibit or appears lost
• Enhance the guest experience by connecting with them in an authentic way, by asking questions and demonstrating an interest in their unique needs
• A sound understanding of the products and services available throughout the store, including those within your area, can help you to resolve guest issues effectively and improve their overall experience

• The ability to attend work consistently and work a flexible schedule that includes holidays, weekends, and nights is required
