Data Specialist

Acosta Group is on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented part-time Data Specialist eager to contribute in a stimulating and evolving setting. This role involves ensuring the precise and timely organization of product information within various retail environments, specifically focusing on Walmart locations. Beyond physical products, you will be instrumental in managing and reporting on crucial data related to these placements and inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, stock, and maintain product displays, including new arrivals, top-selling items, and specialized categories.
• Develop and nurture positive working relationships with Store Management and their teams.
• Document service activities, including the submission of visual records via a mobile platform.
• Accurately collect, input, and manage data related to product placement, inventory levels, and promotional activities.
• Generate reports and insights based on collected data to support operational efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess reliable personal transportation.
• Must own and be comfortable utilizing a smartphone or similar device.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of responsibility and professional conduct.
• Must have availability on Tuesdays and an additional 2-3 weekdays.
• Physical capability to regularly lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Experience with data entry or management is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in using data management tools or software.
