Job Summary:

The focus of these individuals is to make sure that guests are always satisfied with their experiences and seek to recover any negative experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Set performance benchmarks, evaluate staff performance and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, and implement measures to enhance the overall guest service experience

• Understanding the range of products, tools, and services found throughout the entire store, especially within your department, can aid you in addressing guest problems effectively and improve their shopping experience

• To adhere to food safety practices and company guidelines, ensure that all guest items are scanned, bagged, and handled in a competent and orderly manner

Target employees, however, are always happy to provide assistance with app functions, ultimately ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience for each guest
• Familiarize yourself with all the satisfaction services and have the expertise to guide the customer in enrolling, setting them up, and utilizing them
• Make sure to execute every return process and comply with the register's instructions promptly. Take responsibility for resolving the issue satisfactorily for the customer while complying with all of Target's policies and procedures
• It’s important to follow Target policies and procedures in order to de-escalate any negative situations and successfully recover the guest shopping experience
• Create a hassle-free and effortless experience for guests availing Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry services
• Hang up jackets or other outerwear on available hangers to prevent them from creating distractions or taking up valuable workspace
• Maintain a constant level of stock during business hours while simultaneously being available to assist customers as needed
• Creating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance is not only good for business but is also important for the well-being of employees and the broader community
• Benefit yourself and your coworkers by effectively ensuring safety measures are followed; acknowledge and rectify risky situations; comply with all safety protocols
• Provide high-quality guest services by managing order pick-up and drive-up services, always keeping in mind the importance of adhering to compliance laws, especially those pertaining to adult beverages.
