Qualifications:

• Over the course of three years in retail operations and customer care, tasks included managing operational workflows and attending to the needs of customers with attentiveness
• One year of being in a position of leading others
• Confirmed capability in pulling together, organizing, and steering high-level teams
• Enthusiasm for interacting with customers and inspiring their involvement in the Nike Membership initiative
• Digital literacy encompasses a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to the dynamic nature of technology
• Flexibility and willingness to work different shifts such as mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed by the organization
• The position necessitates that potential candidates have the physical capability to twist, stoop, lean, stretch, ascend a ladder, and stand for prolonged periods, with or without the required assistance.
• Capability in expressing thoughts proficiently in English
• Having a high school diploma or GED is the standard requirement for applicants, and additional post-secondary education is seen as a supplementary qualification
