Inventory Coordination Specialist

Job Summary:

Accountable for enforcing, monitoring, and instructing on inventory best practices and standard operating procedures throughout the store, which includes both the front end and pharmacy areas. Assists in pharmacy inventory control functions such as receiving, counting, ordering, and processing returns. Advocates for On-Shelf Availability and is responsible for overseeing tasks including receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and all internal inventory procedures. Confirms and validates the accuracy of planograms.

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead on executing, overseeing, and training employees on optimal inventory practices and standard procedures for the entire store.
• Assist in inventory management functions by helping with tasks such as receiving shipments, conducting inventory checks, placing orders, and managing product returns.
• Authenticate and validate the accuracy of planograms.
