Fashion Coordinator

Job Summary:

The job requires a strong focus on operations and a desire to provide customers with an incredible experience. Effective in-store presentations that make it easy for customers to discover items that appeal to them are a priority. Style Consultants will be friendly and helpful in meeting customer needs both on the sales floor and in the fitting room. The sales floor must be fully stocked with appropriately priced and labeled items of various styles, colors, and sizes in A&A, Home, and Seasonal categories.

Qualifications:

• Mastery of our GUEST service fundamentals and extensive experience in creating a guest-centric atmosphere that permeates through all areas of the retail establishment
• Visual merchandising can appeal to guests and generate more revenue for a retail business. It involves creating an appealing and visually-stimulating display of products that will grab a customer's attention and ultimately lead to more sales
• Understanding industry trends, such as fashion styles, seasonal variations, and unique brand characteristics, is a key component in the success of any fashion brand
• In summary, setting up the floor, filling it, and pricing the products require a careful consideration of what is most important to the guests. A well-integrated approach will create an inviting ambiance, excellent products, and appropriate pricing, making it the preferred choice for your guests

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a clean and organized salesfloor is crucial in providing an easy-to-shop experience that is inviting to all customers. By keeping products fully stocked, customers are more likely to be satisfied with their shopping experience
• Create an inviting shopping environment by staying current on trends and brand guides along with executing visual standards and visual merchandising guides,
• Take advantage of the fitting rooms to help your customers feel confident and stylish, providing them with the tools and resources they need to complete their ideal wardrobe
• Remember that each interaction with a guest is an opportunity to enhance their experience and build loyalty. By utilizing your knowledge of store products and services, you can effectively meet their needs and make a lasting impression
• Ensure that the guests do not feel ignored or unimportant while arranging the workload in a way that will successfully meet both their needs and the overall business goals
• Continuously impress guests with new product offerings, timely transitions, and a well-maintained brand space accomplished through effective re-merchandising
• Be a knowledgeable and dedicated manager of your assigned zones, always striving to exceed guest expectations through effective zoning and inventory management
• Guarantee that labeling and signage are appropriately displayed for defined categories of products, both those being promoted and those that are regularly stocked, and be knowledgeable of promotional offerings
• Devising and executing optimal planograms that meet the demands of designated product categories
• Follow the task of performing weekly price changes for specified categories
• Utilize Radio Frequency ID (RFID) scanning in chosen regions and perform system checks to confirm inventory accuracy
• Execute backroom restocking proficiently and efficiently serve customer requests
• Efficient management of backstock and placement of individual inventory items is critical to maintaining a well-organized backroom aisle, providing easy navigation and facilitating efficient inventory tracking
• Incorporate guest interaction as an important part of daily work routine
• Responding to the needs of guests can be challenging. However, using My Checkout and the Target App to offer alternative options ensures customers are satisfied and loyal to the company

• In order to fulfill the requirements of a flexible work schedule, employees must maintain regular attendance and be willing to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings
