Inventory Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:

In charge of executing, overseeing, and educating staff on inventory best practices and standard operating procedures for the entire store, encompassing both the front end and pharmacy sections. Supports pharmacy inventory management tasks, including receiving, counting, ordering, and managing returns. Leads the promotion of On-Shelf Availability and manages tasks including receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and all in-store inventory operations. Ensures the precision and validation of planograms.

Responsibilities:

• Be in charge of enforcing, supervising, and educating staff on inventory best practices and standard operating procedures for the entire store.
• Support the efficiency of inventory management by assisting with tasks like receiving goods, conducting stock audits, placing orders, and handling return procedures.
• Confirm and verify the accuracy of planograms.
