Responsibilities:

• Provide support to store personnel regarding the stocking and arrangement of products, including books, magazines, and other national brand items.
• Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with Store Management and Associates, acting as a point of contact for merchandising-related queries.
• Document service-related communications and potentially utilize a mobile application to record interactions and relevant details.
• Address inquiries and provide information related to product placement, inventory, and merchandising guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possession of reliable transportation is necessary.
• Must own and be comfortable using a smartphone or similar smart device for communication and potential reporting.
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
• Availability to work on Tuesdays and several other weekdays.
• Capable of occasionally lifting and moving items weighing up to 25lbs, with infrequent lifting of up to 60lbs.
