Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will serve as a helpful Style Consultant, going above and beyond to meet customers' needs both on the sales floor and in the fitting room. They will maintain a fully stocked sales floor with accurately priced and labeled items that come in a variety of styles, colors, and sizes in A&A, Home, and Seasonal categories.

- Analyze the sales data to gauge the patterns and figure out the order of priority for daily tasks that fulfills both business objectives and the guests’ requirements effectively
- Keep product options fresh and engaging for guests by implementing timely assortment changes, reorganizing new merchandise, and consistently upholding the brand aesthetic in accordance with new set guidelines
- Become a dedicated and knowledgeable owner of your assigned zones to maintain a consistently high level of organization and customer satisfaction
- Ensure the accuracy of merchandise labeling for designated categories, including promotional and non-promotional items, and possess a strong understanding of promotional offerings
- Revamp existing strategies and sales plans, and devise new ideas for enhancing product categories
- Execute weekly modifications to category pricing
- Employ Radio Frequency ID (RFID) scanning in designated sections and conduct system audits to verify inventory accuracy
- Efficiently fulfill backroom replenishment demands and customer inquiries
- Maintain the organization and upkeep of the backroom aisles, which involves responsible handling and locating of placed inventory and backstock, keeping track of available and restocked items, and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Strike a balance between guest interaction and job responsibilities

- Maintaining regular attendance and being available for work at all times, including weekends, nights, and holidays, is a prerequisite for a role with a flexible work schedule
