Roles and Duties:

• Maintains an efficient and orderly workplace setting through operational competence.
• The primary goal of visual merchandising is to integrate the worlds of sports and fashion through compelling narratives.
• Digital: Strengthens and encourages the relationship between online and offline services by incorporating face-to-face elements.

Qualifications:

• During a three-year tenure in retail operations and customer relations, significant experience was gained in overseeing the day-to-day functions of a retail establishment and catering to the needs of clients
• Having a year's worth of experience leading
• Demonstrated excellence in assembling, organizing, and steering high-performance teams
• Enthusiasm for engaging with consumers and inspiring them to participate in the Nike Membership program
• Digital literacy requires individuals to have a keen interest in staying updated with technology's evolving requirements and being able to learn and adapt swiftly
• Showing adaptability and being willing to work a mix of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on what is needed by the company
• The position mandates that potential candidates have the physical capability to turn, curve, kneel, extend, scale a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without the necessary support.
• Competence in verbalizing concepts in the English language
• Applicants are encouraged to possess a high school diploma or GED, and any further education beyond that level would be advantageous
