Style Consultants must be hospitable and available to assist with customer needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room. The sales floor must be well-stocked with correctly categorized, priced, and labeled items from A&A, Home, and Seasonal categories.

• Capability in our GUEST service principles and hands-on experience that have developed a customer-focused culture that radiates throughout the store
• Having knowledge of pricing and promotions strategies is essential in the retail business. It can help you create enticing pricing offers that are competitive with other retailers and will attract more guests

• Maintaining a well-organized backroom aisle involves managing backstock inventory effectively and accurately placing individual products within the assigned areas
• Accomplish work tasks while promoting guest engagement
• Providing the necessary products for guests drives their satisfaction. Use available tools like My Checkout and the Target App, offering substitutes for out-of-stock items when needed, to guarantee customer needs are met
