Roles and Duties:

• Implement and follow all safety procedures for the protection of each team member in the workplace.
• Join safety courses that equip you with the required training for working in a fast-moving warehouse setup.
• Perform various activities such as packing, loading, and shipping goods to support the distribution of items to stores and customers.
• Make certain that the merchandise is accurately processed for distribution to our outlets and clients.
• Handle warehouse operations efficiently to ensure the safe and quick shifting of goods.
• A well-organized work area is essential to effective work performance and successful task completion.
• Be prompt in reporting to work and perform assigned job responsibilities with accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• To excel at problem solving, it's important to create a culture that encourages employees to identify and report issues. Providing training and resources can also assist in developing effective problem solving skills
• Exhibits a professional and gracious disposition when performing tasks alone or collaborating with colleagues.

Requirements:

• Able to bear the weight of items weighing between 35-50 pounds several times during a workday.
• Able to lift and convey items weighing up to 60 pounds periodically during a workday.
• Perform a wide range of physical movements such as standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts.
• It is essential to maintain a constructive and courteous mindset during individual tasks and group projects.
• Demonstrating the ability to competently employ fundamental mathematical skills such as counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Capable of understanding and interpreting product documentation, labels, and tickets with accuracy.
• After undergoing training, one can competently use computer systems and handheld devices without much supervision.
• Effective communication proficiency is a vital tool that is essential to master in any organization or workplace
• Adequate English language proficiency is required to effectively comprehend safety and other regulations, instructions, and training modules.

Additional Requirements:

• Possessing the ability to operate powered equipment safely, including but not limited to Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down & Standup Forklift, and work at specified heights of up to 40ft.
• Conduct work operations at a height of up to 40 ft on a mezzanine level, as appropriate
• Capable of performing duties in temperature-controlled settings, including refrigeration and freezing units, throughout the workday.

Your eligibility for the Warehouse Operations position will be determined based on the business' requirements, and you will be considered for either the Warehouse Worker or Warehouse Associate position as dictated by the responses you provide through the questionnaire and assessment process during your application.
